Book-keeping is not mandatory for the first year in Singapore
ACRA does not mandate book-keeping for the first year. By the year end, you can simply prepare books and go for filings. However, from second year, a company has to keep its monthly books. Refer below for charges involved.

Suitable for a business that are of zero to less operations. This is plan only for annual filing and no monthly reports will be sent.
