Minimum requirements

Your company needs to satisfy the following criterias for to register with ACRA:

  • One resident director or more.
  • Minimum Capital of S$1.
  • One Company Secretary on board of your Company.
  • A physically registered office in Singapore.

Documents required to register with ACRA

For a Company

  • Shareholder’s Information:  Documents such as copy of passport, utility bills (for proof of residency) can be provided.
  • Director’s Information:  Documents such as copy of passport, utility bills (for proof of residency) can be provided.
  • Registered Business Address: You require to have a registered place of doing business in Singapore.
  • Memorandum of Association (MOA): It is a document which contains the main activities of the company.
  • Articles of Association (AOA): It is a document which contains the byelaws and the rules of the company.

For a Foreign National

  • Copy of the Passport
  • Address Proof of Your residential Jurisdiction: Utility bills such as electricity or water bills
  • Passport Size Photo: A recent soft-copy of your passport size photo.
